Q- ¿Mi Pastor tiene que pagar registración?
No se permitirán varones en la coferencia a menos que sean voluntarios. Esto incluye Pastores y Choferes. Los hombres deberán anotarse para servir como voluntarios antes del 16 de Abril.
Q- ¿Pagué mi registración, ahora no puedo asistir. ¿Puedo recibir un reembolso?
Un reembolso puede ser solicitado hasta el 1ro de Mayo por correo electónico a mlad.wm@comcast.net. Deberá inlcuir el nombre de su iglesia, dirección de la iglesia y la razón para el reembolso. Cualquier reembolos sera girado solo a nombre del individio o iglesia que hizo el pago inicial. No se harán reembolsos después del 1ro de Mayo.
Q- ¿Qué si solo deseo asistir un día?
Hemos reducido el costo de registración para cualquiera que decida asistir solo un día. Los precios son los siguientes y se deberán hacer en la mesa de registración:

Q- ¿Pueden asistir hombres?
Ya que esta es una conferencia de Damas y ha sido diseñada especificamente para alcanzar y ministrar a las necesidades de las mujeres, pedimos que los hombres les permitan a las mujeres disfrutar de este tiempo solas. Cualquier hombre que desee asistir, deberá ayudar como voluntario. Hemos proveido varias oportunidades para que los hombres sean voluntarios, permitiendo que las mujeres se relajen y disfruten de la conferencia.

Q- ¿Cómo pueden voluntarizar los hombres?
Llene el Formulario de Voluntario incluído en el Paquete de la Conferencia o encuentre el Formulario para Voluntario en el sitio de internet: www.mlwm.org . Los Varones deben anotarse como voluntarios para antes del 16 de Abril o no se les permitirá la entrada.

Q- ¿Puede algún varón voluntario senterse a mi lado durante los servicios?

Q- ¿Puedo traer a mi bebé?
Estas coferencias estás diseñadas para refrescar y renovar el espíritu. Es beneficioso eliminar cualquier distracción. Así que, pedimos que a ningún niño de menos de 13 años se le permita la entrada. These conferences are designed to refresh and renew the spirit. It is beneficial to eliminate any distractions. Therefore, we ask that no children under the age of 13 be allowed entrance. La única excepción serán las Madres que Estén Amamantando.

FREQUENCY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONFERENCE
Q- Does my Pastor have to pay registration?
Men will not be permitted in the conference unless they are a volunteer. This includes Pastors and Chauffers. Men Volunteers must sign up to volunteer by April 16th
Q- I paid my registration, now I am unable to attend. Can I receive a refund?
Refunds may be requested up until May 1st by emailing your request to mlad.wm@comcast.net along with church name, church address and reason for refund. Any Refunds will only be made payable to the individual or church making the initial payment. No refunds after May 1st.
Q- What if I only want to come one day?
We have reduced registration cost for anyone deciding to attend one day. Prices are as follows and will be payable onsite at registration desk:
Friday All Day Only- $40 Friday 6pm Service Only- $10 Saturday only- $25

Q- Can men attend?
Since this is a Women’s Conference and designed specifically to meet and minister to the needs of women, we ask that men allow the women to enjoy this time by themselves. Any man wishing to attend, must volunteer. We have provided various opportunities for the men to volunteer, allowing the women to be free to relax and enjoy the conference.

Q- How do men volunteer?
Fill out Volunteer Form included in Conference Packet or find Volunteer From on website: www.mlwm.org . Men must sign up to volunteer by April 16th or not be allowed entrance.

Q- Can the men volunteers sit with me during services?
Depends on what volunteer task they are performing. All volunteers must perform their tasks/duties during the time required, which may be during the service. Please refer to the Volunteer Form for list of open positions and task requirements.

Q- Can I bring my baby?
These conferences are designed to refresh and renew the spirit. It is beneficial to eliminate any distractions. Therefore, we ask that no children under the age of 13 be allowed entrance. Only exceptions would be Breast-Feeding Mothers.
